A nationwide block party - and you're invited

Article Abstract:

The second Public Lands Appreciation Day will be held on Sep 30, 1995. Approximately $6.4 billion is needed for public lands restoration, and volunteers can help defray part of the cost by their efforts. There will 18 public lands locations, in 15 states, where volunteer services are needed.
