Collecting serial lobby cards

Article Abstract:

Cliffhangers from the 1930s through the 1950s were often described on cards, which were in theater lobbies. The serial cards had photographs of the stars and descriptions of the plots. These cards sell for approximately $25 to $45. Several silent film stars are discussed.
