'Contemporary Figurative Sculpture' curated by the Santa Fe collector Sanford (Sandy) Besser was exhibited at Santa Fe Clay, NM from October 11 to November 9, 2002. The 24 ceramics shown are human or animal figures, sometimes the two juxtaposed that are common to most are quirky humor and sexual references, either open or covert.

An exhibition of art pieces made of bamboo, created by Syoryu Honda, was held on Tai Gallery/Textile Arts, Santa Fe, NM from July 22-30, 2005. Some of the artwork included 'Mountain River', 'Prominence' and 'Reincarnation'.
