Scotty's Inc. is changing its marketing strategy and improving the efficiency of its day-to-door in-store activities under the helm of president Tom Morris. Morris has been a driving force in the revitalization of the home center chain since he succeeded Daryl Landsdale in Feb 1996. Scotty's is planning to add 20 hardware stores per year in 1996 and 1997.
