Crabapple crossing

Article Abstract:

Espalier, the art of growing tress flat against a fence or a wall, originated in Midieval Europe when there was little room to grow fruit other than up against the walls of towns. Crabapples are an ornamental variety of trees which can be grown espalier. Freestanding trees growing espalier can be supported by a framework of posts and wires.

Spring baskets

Article Abstract:

Any lawn and garden can be landscaped with strategically placed small plant filled containers. An Easter themed display can be created by using a wicker basket, colorful flowers, edible greenery, stone rabbit shaped yard ornaments and small plants planted in eggshell pots.

Wodland Azalea

Article Abstract:

Forests in the South are filled with the fragrances and flowers of blooming azaleas every spring. Azaleas are indiginous to the South, and can make a beautiful addition to any yard. Azaleas should be planted in partial shade in a well drained acid soil.
