Article Abstract:

Detailed description of a grape variety called the muscadines, which ripens in August and September and is perfect to be grown in the home backyard, is presented. There are two varieties of muscadines, self-fertile types, which is self-pollinating and self sterile (female) type, which must be planted near self-fertile types to produce fruit.
