Here's how to handle that hot pepper harvest

Article Abstract:

Jalapenos, hot cayennes and Thai chiles are easy to grow. They can be roasted and eaten, frozen or used to make a chile sauce. It is important to wear gloves and avoid eye contact with peppers when preparing them. A cooked chile sauce recipe is given.
