Hidden in the Blue Ridge

Article Abstract:

Residents of Burke's Garden, a small village of 300 people in the mountains of Virginia, love their home because of the natural beauty and rural lifestyle. The farming community is located in a valley that was discovered by John Burke in 1748. The town has a General Store that serves as the town's only restaurant and welcome center. There is also a post office, a community center and a Lutheran Church.

Information regarding various places worth visiting in Norfolk, a port city in Virginia are presented that include The National Maritime Center, The Mac Arthur Memorial, and Todd Jurich's Bistro restaurant. The city is important considering that the world's largest naval installation and North Atlantic Treaty Organization's (NATO) North American are located in Norfolk.
