High ground

Article Abstract:

Wayne Winterrowd narrates his first encounters with horticulture and also with the magazine 'Horticulture'. Often after reading the articles, he wrote to request almost everything that was printed at the back of the magazine. Horticulture to him seems more extraordinary that for more than half of his life he had read it and for the past decade he is writing for it.
