The NAHRO Excellence Awards

Article Abstract:

The National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) awards for excellence in public housing and redevelopment are presented. Winners include the Cambridge, MA Redevelopment Authority for its Kendall Square Urban Initiatives Project, for administrative innovation; the Boulder, CO Housing Authority, for its Sage Court Handicapped Accessible Housing Complex, for project design; and the Columbus, IN Housing Authority for its Heritage Woods Phase II low-income housing development, which utilized the Tax Reform Act of 1986's low-income tax credit program, for program innovation.
