Currants

Article Abstract:

Currant plants have been a problem in the past because of the spread of blister rust to pines. If they are planted more than 900 feet from five-needled pines, there is no problem. There are red and blue currant berries in addition to the black current and gooseberry hybrid, jostaberry.
