Lunch in an olive grove

Article Abstract:

Owner of McEvoy Ranch near Petaluma, California, Nan McEvoy had hired a Tuscan expert and planted six varieties of Tuscan olives when she began the enterprise in 1995. Even after several years, the staff members of McEvoy rejuvenate with groveside meals, while chef Gerald Gass prepares lunch every week that features a menu celebrating olive oil.
