Rose-tinted wines with their fresh and light fruit flavors are the best-suited drinks to enjoy the summer, and few like Tavel and Champagne of France deliver immense flavors. The real genius of a good rose wine is that it is light, nimble, and lovable that matches well with whatever is cooked, and should be enjoyed young within a couple of years of their vintage date and served chilled in informal wineglasses.
