Make your own gourmet vinegar: home-grown organic apples will make this tangy staple truly flavorful

Article Abstract:

The best home-made vinegar is done with late autumn apples because they have the highest sugar content. After the apples are crushed and soaked in soft water in a dark cool place for 30 days, they are strained and the juice is stored undisturbed in a place 60-65 degrees Fahrenheit for four to six months.
