Minor bulbs

Article Abstract:

Minor bulbs can be used to provide color when a garden has still very little to show. Such bulbs can be strategically located along walks, by patios, in pots or in rock gardens. Suggested plants include the netted iris, the Crocus tomasinianus, the Greek anemones and scillas.

Virginia sweetspire

Virginia sweetspire is a woodland shrub with small, fragrant, white flowers in the spring and colourful deep red foliage in the autumn. Reference is made to the ideal growing conditions and it's use in both residential and wild habitat.
