One on one with... Peter Orum

Article Abstract:

Peter Orum, owner of the Midwest Groundcovers and president of the American Nursery and Landscape Association (ANLA) describes the initiatives relating to invasive plants and other issues, which ANLA views as priorities. One of the initiatives is the 'Habitattitude' program for water gardeners that involve the pet and nursery industries with an aim to avoid unwanted releases of potentially invasive pets and aquatic plants into the natural environment.

She is working on experiments with agricultural consultants and companies around the world and has established laboratories in England, Spain, and Canada.
