Peter Danko's furniture designs emphasize the new and innovative; paying homage to the classical modes of woodworking without being restricted by them. His firm makes furniture that is both practical and can be displayed in the Museum of Modern Art.

Glass painter Judith Schaechter's favorite subject is suffering. Her works present suffering as a generic and even mundane state. A body of her works was recently exhibited at the Institute of Contemporary Art, University of Pennsylvania.
