Renovating an exiting border

Article Abstract:

Implementing a new planting plan within an existing layout that poses a different set of challenges is discussed. Implementing the desired blue, white, yellow color scheme that involves retaining the best of the existing plants and supplementing them with new annuals, perennials, bulbs, and shrubs is highlighted. Defining a color can be a tricky business, since every primary and secondary hue has a finite number of shades and tones.
