Roots of change

Article Abstract:

An exploration of Scott Park Community Garden in Georgia with reference to its features is presented. The benefits of a community garden include improving a neighborhood's environment since it helps in decreasing air pollution, controlling the climate, and making neighborhoods safer by reducing the number of vacant lots.

Courtyard's makeover

Article Abstract:

The renovation of an old Charleston garden in South Carolina restored beauty and brought liveliness to the courtyard. The tropical look of the garden, plantations of palmettos, construction of new drainage system and privacy for the lovers added glory to the garden.
