Comic actor John Kassir has found time to put together several collections like Stickley furniture, Meerschaum pipes, vintage Hawaiian prints shirt and vintage eyewear mostly from the 1930s. Kassir's collection of furniture is mostly of the early 20th century and has a rustic elegance, 30 Meerschaum pipes made from sediment of sea foam of the Mediterranean are exhibited in his house, his Hawaiian print shirts are slices of textile Americana and he picks up eye glasses from thrift stores.

Clinton Derricks, actor and singer, collects golliwogs, the black figures made popular in storybooks more than 100 years ago in Britain. A group of three golliwogs that are particularly prized for their uniqueness are a soldier golliwog dressed in British khaki uniform, a girl golliwog that was quite rare as not many of the dolls were depicted as girls, and a third doll, with blue jacket, red trousers and red bow tie.

An account of the items including 3-D ViewMaster and metal lunch boxes collected by the veteran actor and comedian Tom Wilson is presented. It is stated that Wilson has about 10 View Masters and 1952 Hoplong Cassidy model and the Fireball XL-5 lunch box collection.
