The high life

Article Abstract:

Bryan Pitts' high-rise apartment in the suburb area is decorated with simple, clean-lined furniture that draws focus to the living room's view of downtown Little Rock, Arkansas, through the 10-foot-high wall of windows. Designers Brett Pitts and Kevin Walsh of Bear-Hill Interiors agreed that the view of the high rise was beautiful and it needed to be highlighted, for which the apartment had to be divided in functional zones, without making it feel closed in.

Room in red

Article Abstract:

Patrick J. Baglino Jr., an interior designer from Washington D.C. often used his space for entertaining and opted for a radial layout rather than the traditional living room, with pieces of furniture and lighting positioned in a circle around the room. To liven up the room he has used red and white cotton upholstery fabric throughout the room.
