Jeff Fulton makes up for the limited space he has for gardening with a lot of foliage and flowers. His garden in his small backyard has a variety of plants, including foxgloves, Pacific Giants hybrid delphinium, blue cardinal flower, narrowleaf zinnia, petunias, rosemary and perennial salvias.
