Timeless tomatoes

Article Abstract:

Growing heirloom tomatoes does not only preserve history but also maintains the genetic plant base. Heirloom tomatoes belong to the open-pollinated selection that produces seeds which will grow into the same variety the next year. Aside from their beautiful appearance, heirlooms are also much appreciated for their extraordinary flavors.
