Belleek Company had established a growing market throughout Ireland and England with the Shamrock pattern, which happens to be the most recognizable one. Belleek pottery has made everything from candlesticks and cake plates to jugs and jardinieres and more than 36 tea service patterns, designs and deviations with some prestigious owners.

Estee Lauder introduced a contemporary version of the pomander, the 'Boutique Oval' that was a dark blue, turquoise and gold-toned solid perfume compact in the year 1967. Lauder continued to produce solid perfume compacts created by renowned designers such as Debbie J. Palmer and Jay Strongwater.
