Article Abstract:

Billy Bob's filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last month has been the reason behind it's scaling down of it's big plans of expansion into Florida to just two or three Detroit stores. Billy Bob's press release states that closing of unprofitable stores, reducing overheads and restructuring with possible interim financing is done due to their inability to obtain new financing or renewal of bank financing but they will continue to serve all customers and all orders would be filled.
