Expectations running high

Article Abstract:

The growth of Expectations, a specialty store in the Southwest Mississippi town is examined. The store, which is especially started for maternity clothes, has grown tremendously adding more number of product categories such as furniture, bedding and gifts to its service profile. The reinvention of the store as per the consumer tastes and preferences are delineated.
