The latest Furniture Today figures for 2003 place JCPenny at the top of US department stores, with Macy's East and Macy's West Stores (Federated Stores), Robinson's May and Rich's-May changing places in the top 5 over the previous year. The market share of the Top 15 was unchanged at 3%.
