Low duties for big suppliers

The Department of Commerce has imposed duties on imports of wood bedroom furniture for Chinese manufactures. DOC has assigned mandatory varying duties for manufacturers and planning to change the law. American Furniture Manufacturers Association has called for an antidumping investigation on chinese manufacturers.

Anti-dumping duties won't come easy

The U.S. Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission must conduct a long investigation into proposed anti-dumping duties. These duties are intended to protect US producers against dumped imports.
