Masco buys 3rd RTA (ready-to-assemble) maker

Masco, a home and building products company, has acquired RTA (ready-to-assemble) manufacturer, d-Scan. Although d-Scan will continue to operate independently, it will work with Tvilum-Scanbirk, sharing purchasing, product development, manufacturing, and technical expertise.
