Article Abstract:

The 2004 Carolinas Industrial Woodworking Expo, which was titled 'Furniture's Future in the Retail Revolution' and consisted of eight industry experts, highlighted that the inefficiencies of the industry should be corrected and the industry should concentrate on improving the work that it does best. Executives felt that more attention should be paid towards customization, increase the speed of delivery and concentrate on making the furniture which was desired, became accessible and an indispensable part of the people's lives.
