RTA executive shakeups: Rubbermaid exec Parker named CEO of O'Sullivan

Article Abstract:

Richard Davidson, top executive at O'Sullivan Industries, has resigned after working with them for eight years but will continue as a board member and look after the transition. Robert Parker, who was the chief operating officer of Newell Rubbermaid division, will replace Richard Davidson as president and CEO of O'Sullivan and will also join its board.
