Shermag shifts some production to China

Labor disputes at Shermag were responsible for shifting of some production work to China even as the company negotiates with striking workers. Shermag reiterates that the shift will continue even if the disputes were resolved and the existing plants might take up new product lines.

Culp sticks with China plan despite spread of SARS
