The honoring of Norman Waxman, executive vice president of Schnadig, and Simon Kaplan, president of Value City Furniture, East Brunswick at the Greater New York Home Furnishings Association (GNYHFA) annual dinner-dance and awards presentation December 2004 is discussed. N.J. Waxman received the David Druckman Lifetime Achievement Award, while Kaplan received the Jerry Gans Memorial Award.
