WithIt engages Merritt as executive director

Article Abstract:

WithIt, a home furnishings industry trade association formed to help women in the industry, has named Pamela Merritt, president of HR Partners, as executive director. Merritt will assume her duties with operational and administrative support from HR Partners staff Jemmy Lea McSwain and Jack Campbell. Jena Hall, president of WithIt, said that Merritt brings to the organization not just extraordinary expertise in human resources and management, but also a personal understanding of the nuances of the industry.
