Article Abstract:

Importers of Chinese bedroom furniture are very happy with the final duty rates as decided by the Department of Commerce. The Section A key rate that was expected to rise to almost 30% by the retailers was actually reduced to 8.64%. among the top seven Chinese exporters, rates were increased for three and lowered for four.

Chinese manufacturers retain law firm

Article Abstract:

A furniture producers coalition in China has hired the Wilmer, Cutler and Pickering law firm to contest charges of wood bedroom furniture dumping in the U.S. The producers formed the Chinese Furniture Manufacturers Committee for Free Trade to fight the charges.
