Supervisor's Guide to Budgets

Article Abstract:

Supervisors are faced with the responsibility of preparing manufacturing budgets. The supervisor must first define each expense category. A list of expenses with current and projected costs is necessary. The average cost to produce a unit must be determined. Once the cost list is assembled, compare the compilation with other departments to promote consistency.
