A culture of corporate unity: New orientation training puts Simon employees and on-site contractors on the same team

Article Abstract:

Simon, a leader in the shopping center management industry, provides a training program to reinforce team focus, career advancement philosophy and other attributes of their corporate culture, in order to sustain a team environment among all its personnel in multiple locations. The training is also provided to outsourced contracted employees upon hire, so as to achieve a high level of audience relevancy, to break down barriers of title or employer and to promote unity among workers.

Broadening global awareness: Success in the international arena starts with understanding of customs and etiquettes

Article Abstract:

The growth of international markets results in employees dealing with diverse people and situations, and understanding different cultures proves invaluable. Tips are presented with regard to greetings and introductions, handshakes, appropriate dressing, body language and eye contact etiquette in different cultures and countries, to follow and achieve success in the international business arena.

Beijing 2008: Sprinting toward the finish line

Training for personnel who will serve the public and athletes at the Beijing 2008 Olympic and Paralympic Games this September 2008 is arranged. More than 600 Beijing Organization Committee 29th Olympic Games (BOCOG) staff will be trained by a training department consisting of 21 people.
