A sequential equilibrium for the army's Targeted Selective Reenlistment Bonus program

Article Abstract:

The significance of the bonus program Targeted Selective Reenlistment Bonus (TSRB) offered by the United States Army for its human resource management is discussed. The program has helped in increasing the number of soldiers reenlisting as well as those serving in undesirable locations. TSRB's feasibility in other large organizations is examined.
