A united front

Article Abstract:

The presence of a thoroughly trained union safety representative (rep) and safety committees has reduced the rate of accidents by at least 50 percent when compared with organizations where there is no such facility. The employers also can benefit from this as the productivity improves, the morale of the employees, the motivation, etc all have a boost and also effective communication is possible among the employers and the employees as safety reps have specialized knowledge in their field.

The skin can be harmed due to various reasons or may be due to the simple change in the work practice and this can be reduced with the use of a right pair of gloves while working. The skin can be checked by a trained supervisory staff , and if he finds anything wrong can advice the worker to see his or her general practitioner who would further investigate.
