DRC Code of Practice on Employment

Article Abstract:

The important modifications to the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) were taken into account by the final version of the Disability Rights Commission's (DRC) revised Code of Practice on Employment and Occupation. The difference between the direct discrimination and the disability-related discrimination are examined. The three circumstances that amount to direct discrimination and examples on different forms of discrimination are discussed.
