Deaths rising on construction sites - government calls summit

Article Abstract:

With the number of deaths in the construction industry rising every year, the government of the United Kingdom called industry executives to a conference to improve safety at building work sites. Suggestions included adding more safety inspectors, voluntary accident reduction standards and increased training. Union protestors called for higher fines.
