Revise reports rapidly

Article Abstract:

Busy business executives who must quickly revise the rough drafts of business reports should first decide how to spend the time available on the reports. The areas to focus on include the substance of the report's content, the image the report projects, and misspellings. The techniques of quick revision include using headings to check general coherence and logic; checking paragraph length for appropriateness and clear development; and checking sentence length.
