Strategic HR orientation and firm performance in India

Article Abstract:

The relationship between the strategic Human Resource (HR) orientation and firm performance is studied in Indian firms, where the importance of human resources has gained importance in the last decade. Results show that there is a significant relationship between strategic HR orientation and performance.
