Romance on the job involves elements which can have an impact on the productivity of the organization and on the emotional health of the people involved. Management must decide whether or not there should be rules in the company related to romantic affairs in the office. Also, how do gay and live-in relationships stand in the office? A survey reveals the statistical data on this topic.

The age factor in average earnings

Article Abstract:

A significant cut in the the average age of the labor force has resulted in higher salary and wage costs. There is now a greater proportion of workers in their top earning years. However, for public corporations, the reverse is true because as the age of the typical employee increases, so does the person's salary.
