Missed steps

Article Abstract:

Blended learning helps increase collaboration and productivity in employees, but most companies lack a budget for incorporating it and companies that adopt blended training tend to ignore valuable steps in the process, especially in the beginning and the end stages. Eight key steps of a blended training program are presented and it is suggested that the program is used in the post-training process of clients to reinforce what they have assimilated, and as a support tool for the coaches.
