A new occupational health and safety strategy is jeopardizing workers' health by leaving health and safety enforcement to employers in U.K. The health and safety authorities are being criticized about mixed messages on health and safety legislation and enforcement, which are believed to be confusing several issues.

Details about the publishing of the draft Bill on corporate killing are presented. The reason for the delay of the draft Bill is attributed to the difficulty under existing criminal law to prosecute a company for corporate killing.
