Alexander and Alexander Consulting Group Inc's expansion plans include opening new offices in such places as Jakarta, Indonesia and Hongkong. Bud D'Alessandro, chairman and CEO of the group, says his firm's success can be attributed to its willingness and ability to meet the changing demands of its clients in the different communities it serves. D'Alessandro also affirms his company's commitment to provide the best consulting services. He says this commitment is a manifestation of the group's objective to attain organizational effectiveness.

Anticipating client needs at Hewitt

Article Abstract:

Hewitt Associates's new CEO is a 20-year veteran of the organization. Dale Gifford started in 1972 when the company was just a relatively small firm. Continuing in the tradition of providing quality service in employee benefits and compensation while expanding, Hewitt is split into financial management, benefits administration and compensation and communication work. Gifford visits all 33 offices in the US and Canada and believes that how prinicples are implemented is what counts in ensuring quality.

C&L's international HRA group aims high

Article Abstract:

Reed Keller is the new head of Coopers and Lybrands's Human Resource Advisory group, which was created out of the old Actuarial, Benefits and Compensation unit. The reorganized entity is an international service, 33 countries where the consulting firm has offices. Keller is well prepared to tackle his new assignment as he has had extensive experience in similar jobs in such companies as Western Company of North America before joining Coopers as a senior consultant.
