Positive reinforcement: Misunderstood and misused

Article Abstract:

Positive reinforcement is one of the most misunderstood tools of leadership since the concept is often trivialized, but a major part of a leader's role in creating the best working environment is to make sure that positive reinforcement is understood and delivered for the right behaviors, at the right time and at the right frequency. An effective leader thinks of positive reinforcement as a scientific concept, which produces amazing results when used correctly.

The satisfaction of online participants matched or exceeded relations from offline peers, while the online participants consider asynchronous assets and synchronous classes and conversations as the factors that mattered them the most.
