Safety inspections

Article Abstract:

Safety inspection is an examination of the workplace to satisfy the observer that standards are met with and are not to be considered as safety improvement tool as the inspection merely assures of well being. Four tenets relating to safety inspections including the purpose of a safety inspection, finding something to report is essential in a safety inspection, the requirement of a checklist, and safety professionals are not responsible for safety inspections are presented.

Article Abstract:

A business could run successfully if there is a good working relationship between the management and employees. Punishment in an employment context needs to be measured against the scale of concern over the undesirable activity or unsatisfactory performance, as it is likely to cause the destruction of goodwill and cooperation between managers and the workforce.
