Savings: survey shows U.S. saves less than other countries

Article Abstract:

Merrill Lynch and Co. Inc.'s Seventh Annual Retirement and Financial Planning Survey indicates that US citizens save much less than their foreign counterparts, and the US personal savings rate has been declining over the last 20 years.
